Pathway 2: Leadership Coaching
Customized support to accelerate leadership impact and deliver targeted results.
This coaching pathway is for leaders working to achieve a defined goal and take increasing responsibility for outcomes. It is a streamlined, high-impact process designed for both seasoned and emerging leaders who want to drive significant improvements quickly. The experience is ideal for leaders who bring a specific objective to the process—whether it’s strengthening a key stakeholder relationship, solving a strategic problem, or improving communication skills.

Our coaching engagement is fast-paced, highly personalized and results-oriented. It begins with an in-depth assessment to identify your leadership goals and perceived areas of strength and growth. We then develop an individual change strategy that leverages decades of experience helping senior leaders to elevate their performance. The process may include interviews with trusted colleagues (whom you select) to better understand how you’re currently showing up as a leader. Finally, we develop a clear, actionable plan to apply new behaviors and amplify your leadership impact.

Additionally, the profile highlights areas for development and the potential "shadow side" of these drivers—behavioral risks that may present based on patterns we've observed over decades of coaching senior executives. You gain a powerful analytic foundation for increasing your effectiveness and building deeper relationships with your teams and stakeholders.
